This project demonstrates my level of understanding in connecting theory to practice in technical communication. My goal was to write a 20-page software user guide on how to navigate MadCap Flare. I familiarized myself with the software and then used Canva to design the documentation. I made revisions to the original body of work by organizing the information more succinctly.

This project showcases my understanding of connecting theory to practice in technical communication document design. For this community design project, I proposed creating three documents for a local interior designer. I gained experience in creating surveys through Google Forms. As well, I conducted a usability test to measure the effectiveness of the documents. I analyzed the feedback from the participants using a pre-survey and post-survey. Additionally, I wrote a client memo to discuss the modifications in the tested documents and presented the fully edited designs.
